View Your Grades/ Unofficial Transcripts
You can now access your grades online through the LACCD Student Portal.
You will be able to view your grades and unofficial transcripts by:
- Log on to the LACCD Student Portal
- Click on the Academic Records Menu
- Select View Unofficial Transcript
- Click Submit
Ordering OFFICIAL Transcripts and/or Verifications of Enrollment
Effective December 1, 2020, all LACCD colleges, including LAVC, stopped using the National Clearinghouse for transcript orders. We use Parchment.
Your official transcript contains all credit and noncredit courses you have completed at Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC), L.A. City College, East L.A. College, L.A. Harbor College, L.A. Mission College, L.A. Pierce College, L.A. Southwest College, L.A. Trade Tech College, or West L.A. College.
You may order official transcripts/ verifications by:
- navigating directly to Parchment
- logging into the Student Portal and clicking on the Academic Records
Requesting Transcripts for a student other than yourself
When requesting transcripts for another student, you must have all of the following:
- Written permission from the student
- The Transcript Request Form or Verification Request Form filled out and signed by the student
- A copy of the student’s ID (i.e. driver’s license, state ID, or LAVC Student ID)

Processing Times
The processing periods for official transcripts and/or verification of enrollment are as follows:
- Regular Processing: Up to ten (10) working days
- Rush Processing: Same Day. A one (1) working-day processing time is required if transcript request is ordered for rush processing. Exception: Students who completed coursework prior to the Spring 1974 semester are not available for same day pickup.
Processing Fees
The fees for official transcripts and/or verification of enrollment are as follows:

You are entitled to two (2) free regularly processed transcripts or verifications in your lifetime. No exceptions or substitutions.
